Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat Has Been Selected For DDUPSP 2022

  Dakshina Kannada Zilla panchayat has been selected from Karnataka for the National Award of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Panchayat Sashaktikaran Puraskar (DDUPSP) 2022  by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR), Government of India.

“This award has been given to Dakshina Kannada, as the best-performing district. The honour is bestowed on Dakshina Kannada, in recognition of the good work done at each level, and in all parameters, including innovative projects, and also for the exemplary performance in 2021-22,” said the   Zilla Panchayat CEO Kumar, also that the award will be presented by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Panchayat Raj Day on April 24.
