Mangalore University is all set to welcome students back to campus as it prepares to begin the odd semester (1, 3, 5) undergraduate classes for the academic year 2023-24 on August 23. This announcement was made by Jayaraj Amin, Acting Vice-Chancellor of the university, during the recent Academic Council meeting.
The ongoing even semester (2, 4, 6) undergraduate examinations are scheduled to conclude on August 16, after which the meticulous process of evaluating answer scripts will kick off on August 10. Registrar (Evaluation) Raju Krishna Chalannavar has revealed that the university has devised a strategic plan to complete the evaluation process within a span of just 10 days. The evaluation will be executed with utmost efficiency to ensure timely announcement of results.
The journey of these examinations commenced on July 17, marking a significant step towards academic progress despite the challenges posed by the ongoing global situation. Notably, special attention is being given to expedite the evaluation of answer scripts for the sixth semester examinations, prioritizing the prompt announcement of results for the benefit of the students.
