How to link Passport to Vaccination Certificates in CoWIN

• Login to https://selfregistration.cowin.gov.in/
• Click on the “Raise an Issue” button.
• Include passport information (Caution – Make no error as it cannot be rectified)
• Select the checkbox, I declare 
• Submit 

Your CoWIN certificates will be linked to your passport within 2 to 3 hours after submission.
