As the number of instances of covid-19 rises, the MCC has ordered that all hotel and restaurant employees undergo a mandated Covid-19 test. According to an order issued by MCC commissioner, due to an increase in Covid instances in Mangaluru, all hotel and restaurant employees inside MCC borders will be compelled to undergo the Covid19 test.

Covid19 testing have been conducted in the evenings at all Urban Healthcare Centers for the public’s convenience. The general public, including hotel and restaurant personnel, is urged to take advantage of the Covid testing facilities, according to the commissioner’s directive. It may be observed that in August, Dakshina Kannada had the greatest number of Covid-19 casualties in the state.
