Prohibitionary Orders In Mangaluru From April 21 To May 4

Mangaluru Police commissioner issued probationary orders  under section 144 of Cr PC from April 21 to May 4, from 9pm to 6 am during weekdays and on weekends from Friday 9pm to 6am on Monday. Vehicles for essential services and emergency services will only be allowed.

People suffering with health related illness can travel along with one helper. By providing an ID card of concerned firm or authority persons who work night shift will also be allowed to travel.

Commercial activities are not permitted,while medical stores and those providing emergency services will be allowed to operate.

Individuals travelling to bus stands, railway stations or airports will have to produce essential documents like bus tickets, train tickets or flight tickets.

Theatres, shopping malls, gymnasium, sports complex, swimming pools will remain closed.

 

RESTRICTIONS DURING THE WEEKEND CURFEW

The state/Union employees and Corona warriors should compulsorily have their ID cards or have a letter from respective company or factory.

People suffering with  health related illness will be allowed to travel in order to seek necessary treatment along with their helper.

Vehicles carrying ferry essential commodities will be allowed to travel.  However people travelling by bus stand, airport and railways will have to produce essential documents.

A maximum of 50 people can attend weddings while cremations can only have 20 people.

Theatres, shopping malls, gymnasium, sports complex will remain closed. No permission has been given for public gatherings.
