Roads at Agumbe Ghat Is Now Open For Light Vehicles

The road work at 11 curves of Agumbe Ghat after landslides has been completed.

The administration has allowed the light vehicles to travel on the road from July 12, 8 AM onwards. But, heavy vehicle travelling is restricted till July 30.

The vehicles coming from the Shivamogga district can travel through NH 169 and 169 A via Thirthahalli, Koppa, Sringeri, and Karkala to reach Mangaluru.

Also, they can use alternate roads by Thirthhalli, Masthikatte and Kundapur road, informed Deputy Commissioner Kurma Rao.
