SSLC examination, which has to be conducted on July 19 and 22, is preparing to hold the exams by the state department of Education. Education minister, S Suresh Kumar, said that the department has mandated that the institutions should not deny SSLC hall tickets to students for the non-payment of fees.
Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has already issued a circular clarifying that the students won’t face any problems during SSLC examination. If any students have fee payment issues that wont affect the students in issuance of SSLC hall tickets or appearing the
examination.Block education officers will take steps to ensure that.
Commissioner in the department of public instruction Anbukumar, has issued a circular, confirming that all the hall tickets were uploaded into KSEEB portal on June 29. The heads of institutions have to
download the hall tickets by using the login code allotted to each institution. Anbukumar said that so far no cases of students facing problems in getting the hall tickets have been
reported. The block education officers and other officials have been asked to see that all registered students get hall tickets. In case of grievances, students or their parents can contact KSEEB, he added.
The chief executive officers of the zilla panchayats, district administration and educational officers have been monitoring the steps taken to hold the exams.Suresh Kumar said all preparations for the examination have been completed.
For the first time, the examination is being held on the lines of competitive exams. In a different pattern from the rest of the years. Multi choices question paper and OMR sheets will be issued and the
students have to carefully fill the OMR sheets. The minister said that the room supervisors have been asked to guide the students about the filling of OMR sheets. As it is new for the students. Result is expected in 15 days.
