Surathkal Toll Gate To Be Shifted Inside NMPT

“Union minister of road transport and highways Nitin Gadkari convened a meeting to discuss the toll gate at Surathkal with MP Nalin Kumar Kateel and officials at the Transport Bhavan in New Delhi on Tuesday. The meeting mainly discussed the shifting or merger of the Surathkal toll gate. It has been decided that the toll gate, which is posing a lot of inconveniences to people, will be shifted to the premises of New Mangalore Port. The minister has directed that toll should be collected from those vehicles that enter and exit the port only,” the release stated.
