The Union Public Service Commission[UPSC] exam results were announced on Monday, May 30 and as many as 685 students have cleared the exams this time of which 25 are from Karnataka. Also, four students of Karnataka who have secured ranks had studied in Dakshina Kannada district.
Avinash V, a student of Davangere has cleared the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams held in 2021 in his first attempt by securing an all-India rank of 31. Benaka Prasad from Chitradurga secured rank 92 and Nikhil Basavaraj Patil from Vijayapura has bagged an all-India rank of 139. While Apoorva Das secured rank 191 and Rajesh Ponnappa scored rank 222, Kalpashree got an all-India rank of 291. Also, Meghana KT scored rank 425 and Ravinandan B M secured rank 455 were some of the candidates from Karnataka.
Dr Benakaprasad of Chitradurga, who secured 92nd rank and Nikhil Patil of Talikote in Vijayapura district, who secured 139th did their primary and secondary education at Alike Sathya Saibaba Lokaseva education trust at Alike in Bantwal.
Apoorva Basur of Koppala Gangavati, who secured 191st rank studied PUC at Expert educational institute of Mangaluru while Deepak Shet of Honnavar, who got 311th rank, did his PUC from Alva’s educational institution of Moodbidri.
