The first Vande Bharat Express in south India will be officially launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Bengaluru on November 11.
The first semi-high-speed train in India, the Vande Bharat Express, is scheduled to start operating between Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Chennai on November 11. This is the first Vande Bharat service in south India and only the fifth in the country. The train will travel at a speed of 75–77 km/h and is slated to be christened at Bangalore by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In order to allow for convenient access for passengers, the train will stop on platform 7 at the KSR Railway Station in Bengaluru.
The upcoming Vande Bharat Express between Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Chennai will include the following four checkpoints:

The semi-high-speed train will leave from Chennai Central station and travel through Perambur, Veppampattu, Katpadi Junction, Gudupalli, and Malur before arriving in Bengaluru. The train will only stop once between Chennai and Mysuru, at the Bengaluru City Junction.
> Timing:
Around 5.50 am, the Vande Bharat Express departs from Chennai Central and arrives at Bengaluru City Junction at 10.25 am. The train will make a five-minute halt in Bengaluru before leaving at 10.30 am. By 12.30 p.m., it would then arrive at Mysuru Junction.
The train will depart from Mysuru Junction around 1.05 p.m. and arrive at Bengaluru City Junction at 2.25 p.m. At about 2:30, the train will stop for approximately five minutes before departing for Chennai. At 7.35, the train is anticipated to pull into Chennai Central station.

Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the Vande Bharat Express is scheduled to run.
> Concept:
The 16-coach Vande Bharat Express is a self-propelled engine train (multiple units of the train can be controlled by a single driver). It boasts automatic doors, air-conditioned carriages, and 180-degree rotating seats. The Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai’s Perambur was where the train was constructed.
