The construction of the expansive ‘Rohan City’ project in Bejai, led by Rohan Corporation, is making significant strides. To mark Teachers’ Day celebrations on September 5, a distinctive initiative has been introduced, targeting individuals devoted to societal service.
During a recent press conference on Saturday, August 26, Rohan Monteiro, Managing Director of Rohan Corporation, shared insights. “With a three-decade presence in the real estate sector, we’ve embarked on the Rohan City venture earlier this year. Remarkably, within the past eight months, 70% of the apartments have already been sold. To commemorate Teachers’ Day, we’ve decided to unveil a special offer for teachers, police personnel, journalists, and defense personnel,” he announced.
‘Rohan City’ spans 3.5 acres and encompasses 546 one, two, and three BHK flats, out of which 370 flats have been sold. The newly introduced scheme grants teachers, police, defense, and journalists a 10% discount on flat prices. Commencing on September 1, the scheme is available for a limited duration.
Rohan City, situated on Bejai main road, constitutes the most expansive project by Rohan Corporation. Encompassing 6 lakh sq ft residential space with 546 apartments, it accommodates diverse needs, offering various configurations from duplexes to 1 BHK units. A commercial outlet spanning 2 lakh sq ft with 284 units is also incorporated. The development boasts a mechanized parking system, ensuring convenient parking for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
Notably situated in a serene yet convenient locale, Bejai offers the perfect setting for ‘Rohan City.’ It caters to various needs, from educational institutions to hospitals, while maintaining a clean and peaceful environment. The project is equipped with modern amenities, surveillance, and advanced security systems. The Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, enacted in 2023, aims to protect individual privacy in such data collection scenarios.
