The state has decided to start the application process for KCET from June 15, interested and eligible candidates can apply for the Karnataka CET 2021 examination online at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
The Karnataka Examination Authority will conduct the Common Entrance Test for professional courses from August 28 to 30. The decision was made official by Deputy Chief Minister Ashwath Narayanan on Tuesday. The registration process will happen online and will begin on June 15.
The Deputy Chief Minister shared the details about the examination on his official twitter handle. He mentioned in the post that only CET marks will be considered for entry into professional courses. The government is taking necessary measures for admissions of graduate colleges and other courses. Science graduates will get placed in professional courses through CET.
Previously the examination was decided to be held on July 7 and 8, 2021. The examination will be conducted in two shifts, at 500 centres spread across the state. The Biology and Mathematics examination will be conducted on August 28,2021 and the physics and Chemistry examination is scheduled to be held on August 29,2021. The Kannada language exam which was decided to be held on July 9,2021 has been shifted to August 30,2021.
