Followed by a meeting with officials and academic experts it has been decided to declare the 12th standard results in the second week of July. The CBSE will be declaring the results on July 30 prior to which the state has planned to announce the results in the second week of July.
The Minister made sure that the results will be strictly based on the 1st PUC and SSLC examination results. The results will be fair to all the students and the government will ensure this. The students who will be unsatisfied with the results can contest these results by taking the examination again.
The examinations for the II PU were canceled due to the existing second wave of COVID 19 pandemic. The government of Karnataka has decided to broadcast the lessons from the next academic year on DD CHANDRA. Preference will be given to chapters of class 8, 9 and 10. The lessons will also be available on the Diksha portal as well.
The minister also said that a task force along with a technical advisory committee, pediatric and subject experts will suggest the reopening of schools. The government will make further decisions depending upon the opinions of the experts.
