Primary schools in coastal districts have issued guidelines.

The district administrations of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi have published instructions for institutions in light of the education department’s decision to allow offline courses for elementary schools in Class 1-5 from October 25. As a result, for pupils to attend lessons, a consent letter from their parents is required. Screening for Covid-19 symptoms should take place at the school’s entrance. Less than half of a classroom’s seating capacity should be used for classes. Distancing oneself from others, wearing masks, and using sanitizers are all required. Clean the classrooms every day with a 1% solution of sodium hypochlorite.
