Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala’s Lakshadeepotsava Celebrations Will Begin On November 29th

Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala’s Lakshadeepotsava celebrations will begin on November 29 and last till December 3. At 9 p.m. at Sri Manjunatha Swamy Temple, Hosakatte Utsava is on November 29, Kerekatte Utsava is on November 30, Lalithodyana Utsava is on December 1, Kanchimarukatte Utsava is on December 2, and Gowrimarukatte Utsava is on December 3, all at Sri Manjunatha Swamy Temple. On the same day, the 89th session of the Sarvadharma Sammelan and the Sahitya Sammelan will take place.

On December 1, there will be a Vidyagoshti between 5.30 and 7 p.m. at the Lalithakala Goshti; Thathvasinchana-Gayana by Padmini Oak and Troupe, Bengaluru, from 7 to 8.30 p.m. at the Amruthavarshini Sabha Bhavan; and Nrithyaroopaka by Raghavendra Sangeetha Seva Pratishthana, Bengaluru On December 4, members of Sri Bahubali Seva Samithi, Dharmasthala, will conduct Bhagavan Sri Chandranatha Swamy’s Samavasarana Puja at Sri Chandranatha Swamy Basadi, Dharmasthala. A speech by a teacher from Government PU College, Gerukatte, will follow.

At 5 p.m. on December 2, Governor Thawarchand Gehlot will begin the Sarvadharma Sammelan at the Amruthavarshini Sabha Bhavan, which will be presided over by the former Vice-Chancellor of Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana University, Bengaluru. On December 3, at 5 p.m. at the same venue, the Health, Family Welfare, and Medical Education Minister will begin the Sahitya Sammelan, which will be presided over by the former Vice-Chancellor of Sanskrit University, Mallepuram. The chief guests will be writers. On both days, at 8 p.m., cultural programs will follow these events.
