According to CET results released on Monday, students from the Dakshina Kannada district performed exceptionally well. Expert PU College students secured six of the top ten positions in BSc agriculture, Bachelor of Veterinary Science, BNYS, BPharma, and D Pharma.
Reetham B, a student at Expert PU College, came second in BSc Agriculture, third in Bachelor of Veterinary Science, third in Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS), and tenth in BPharma. While Thejas from the same college finished fourth in BSc Agriculture, Sanjana Kamath Panchmal from Expert PU College finished seventh in BSc Agriculture. Sujnan R Shetty, a student at Alva’s PU College in Moodbidri, came in fifth place in BSc Agriculture. Sathvik G Bhat, a student at Excellent Science and Commerce PU College in Moodbidri, was ranked eighth in BNYS and seventh in Bachelor of Veterinary Science.
In Dakshina Kannada, a total of 8,088 students took the CET, with 7,386 of them eligible for engineering, 5,557 for BNYS, 5,170 for BSc Agriculture, 5,552 for bachelor of Veterinary Science, and 7,774 for BPharma and D Pharma.
