The National Highways Authority of India has reported that the 63-km four-lane project between B.C. Road and Addahole on the Mangaluru-Bengaluru National Highway 75 is progressing, with approximately 20 km of four-lane expected to be ready in the next two months.
The project director has said that 14 km of the four-lane stretch is already complete and another 6 km will be ready by the rainy season. Despite delays due to litigation, 6.5 km of the Bikarnakatta-Sanur four-lane project is already complete, although only 12% of the 45-km project has been completed in the past five months. Meanwhile, progress on the Kalladkka flyover is at 30% completion, and it is expected to be ready by January 2024.
