Karnataka Women’s Team Won Championship

 At the 67th national-level senior ball badminton championship, Wthe omen’s team from Karnataka emerged as the champions that concluded on the campus of Alva’s Foundation, Moodbidri on Thursday.

  In an exciting final, the host beat the Tamil Nadu team in 35-22, 35-26 sets. Out of 10 team members who represented Karnataka, seven were from Alva’s Education Foundation. In the men’s category, Indian Railway’s were declared champions for defeating the Kerala team in the finals. The Indian Railways beat Kerala with 35-21, 30-35, 35-18 sets. In men’s doubles, Tamil Nadu beat Karnataka in 35-27, 35-19 sets.
