According to a ruling by the consumer court, vehicles that have been in an accident, and that were driven by people without a driver’s license will not be able to avail any insurance amount. In cases such as the one mentioned above, the insurance company will not be liable to provide personal accident insurance. This condition can be effective even if the person driving preceding the accident had a driver’s license that was out of date or invalid.
Officers of Public Relations in the Bengaluru Division, E. Vijay has informed that it has not been confirmed yet as to which train the Vistadome would be joining. Vistadome coaches are equipped with 40 luxury seats which will rotate in 360 degrees. With these coaches especially during the day, passengers can enjoy the picturesque view of the journey.
These coaches are set to be included in the Mangaluru train because of the Subrahmanya-Sakleshpur stretch of the railway line which provides a beautiful view of the areas such as ghat road, thick forests, falls and hills.
