To help clarify all the confusion over the reopening of schools for grades 1 to 5, the state government mentioned on Monday that offline courses will resume across Karnataka on October 21, following the Dasara break. After the Dasara holidays, the government will begin distributing noon meals to schools. The Primary and Secondary Education Minister, speaking to the media after releasing the SSLC supplementary test results, announced that physical courses for grades 1 to 5 and the mid-day meal will resume on October 21.
As per, the department has completed the necessary measures to begin both programs. The Chief Ministry has also agreed to restart primary school courses, as per the education minister. In this context, we are also in discussions with the Covid-19 Technical Advisory Committee and specialists.
