Puneeth Rajkumar, a popular Kannada actor who was brought to Vikram Hospital after complaining of chest trouble, died on Friday, October 29. He was 46 years old at the time. As per the physicians, the chest pain began at 11 a.m. on Friday while he was working out at the gym. Puneeth has been taken to the hospital’s intensive care unit and is being treated by a team of doctors. Doctors speaking to the media stated he was gravely ill and had a massive heart attack.
Meanwhile, the 46-year-old actor’s family and friends, including actors and producers, have gathered at the hospital. Security has been tightened up and the route leading to the hospital has been closed. In terms of work, Puneeth Rajkumar’s next film, Dvita, is a psychological thriller drama. Rajkumar’s son, Puneeth, is a matinee idol. He starred in 29 films as a leading man. He also performed in several films as a kid actor.
Vasantha Geetha (1980), Bhagyavantha (1981), Chalisuva Modagalu (1982), Eradu Nakshatragalu (1983), Bhakta Prahaladha, Yarivanu, and Bettada Hoovu are among his most memorable performances (1985). For his work as Ramu in Bettada Hoovu, he earned the National Film Award for Best Child Artist.
