Mangalore’s service bus stand in State Bank is going to have a change after a long time. MCC, MUDA & Smart city corporation has planned to contribute Rs 4.2 crore for the project.
Mangalore city Mayor Premananda Shetty informed that the service bus stop will be developed on a priority basis. The bus stop will be developed estimated Rs 4.2 crore and the tender process will begin soon. The main cause of concern is the crumbling infrastructure at the bus stand. The rusty poles, broken roofs, pothole-filled roads caused a lot of inconvenience to the travellers. The development will include, concrete roads, better seating facilities and restrooms.
