The FEEL Junior – Learning & Development Program

The FEEL Junior – Learning & Development Program, an innovative leadership program designed and field-tested by CLHRD, Mangaluru is being held by CFAL between December 26-31, 2022 (9.30 am to 4.30 pm). While grooming students towards success, the course gears up the children to recognize their strengths and utilize them to the fullest. There is ample scope for interactions, participation and practice of different skills like Mind Skills, Social Skills, Team Skills, Public Speaking Skills and Communication Skills through interesting drills. By giving them a chance to indulge in exercises and games relating to goal setting, lateral thinking, supportive leadership, interpersonal relationships, humour and etiquette, ‘FEEL Junior’ endeavors to open up new vistas of personality development and leader effectiveness in children.
