The drainage projects that will be lasting for a month would now become troublesome to the motorists and pedestrians. The traffic ban on PM Road and Sharavu Mahaganapathi temple Road will be imposed till may 11. The ban on traffic is due to the cleaning of drain bridges and underground Drainage projects.
The work would be undertaken near Shan Plaza and Prabhat/Suchitra talkies on KS Rao Road. Diversion procedures would be followed for the traffic on this road. The traffic coming from Navabharath Circle towards State bank of India and Hampankatta will have to pass via Dongerkey Venkataraman Road, New Chitra Talkies junction and Car Street.
Traffic from M G Road to State Bank of India will have to travel via PVS Circle, Bunts hostel and Dr. Ambedkar Circle. Vehicles from Navabharath Circle can reach the Shan Plaza, Hotel Janatha Deluxe, Classic Paradise Apartments , SCDCC Bank, St. Aloysius College and the district court Complex via Bishop house.
A ban has been imposed on parking vehicles on both sides of Dongerikeri Road up to the New Chitra Talkies, on V T Road, between Hostel Srinivas Junction and Om Mahal junction. It has been advised that if one has to take these routes, then do start of early to avoid delay.
