Any person, group of people, society, the association of persons, organization, institution, RWA, or other entity violating containment measures and failing to comply with COVID-19 appropriate behavior should be prosecuted under the Disaster Management Act and the Karnataka Epidemic Diseases Act, as well as legal action under the IPC and other applicable legal provisions. The BBMP chief commissioner, police commissioners, police superintendents, and deputy commissioners are all named in the order.
