No registration is required for 3rd shot, can walk in from Jan 10

Healthcare workers, frontline workers, and those aged 60 and up with illnesses who are eligible for their third “precautionary dosage” 39 weeks after their second jab can book an online appointment or come into any vaccination center and get the shot says the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare sources.

There is no need for a new registration on CoWIN. Those who have already received two doses of the COVID vaccine can make an appointment or walk into any vaccination center. The online appointment service will be available starting today. On January 10, vaccinations with on-site visits will begin.
