Sand Artists Portraits Tribute to Legendary Late Lata Mangeshkar Ji in Sulthan Batheri.

  In the lost memory of the legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar, Sand Artists Portraits Tribute to Latha Ji in Sulthan Batheri, Mangalore. Under the Boloor Mogaveera Mahasabha organization, Artist’s Harish Acharya, Prasad Moolya & Ravi Polali has done it in Sulthan Batheri.  Legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar passed away on Sunday at the age of 92 in Mumbai, Tributes have poured from all corners for the legendary singer. Adding to the millions of heartfelt condolence messages that have come from across the world, acclaimed sand artists honoured India’s nightingale with sand art on Sultan Batheri.

  The artists created a sand sculpture of the late singer at Sultan Batheri with a message that read: Tributes to Lata Mangeshkar

 The singer’s last rights were conducted at Shivaji Park on Sunday.PM Modi and actor Shahrukh Khan were among the many well-known faces who were part of the honorary tribute.

 The mortal remains of the legendary singer were draped in tricolour as they were taken from Peddar Road to Shivaji Park, where she was cremated with full state honours.

 During the state mourning, the national flag was flown at half-mast across India.
