Venizeia Won Gold In National Classic Powerlifting Championship

Venizeia Annie Carlo from Mangalore has won gold in National Classic Powerlifting Championship. She won overall gold by setting the national records in the Bench : 81kg and Deadlift: 158kg and also bagged a Silver in Squat: 127.5kg.

Venizeia is the daughter of Vincent Prakash Carlo, an international bodybuilder and powerlifter, and member of Balanjaneya Gymnasium, Mangaluru. This father-daughter duo had set many records and won medals in various championships. She was also awarded Strong Woman of Karnataka in Junior Category 2021.
